The one-level villa is made of:

• Veranda furnished with a swing, table, and garden chairs;
• Fully equipped kitchen;
• Living room with two double sofa beds;
• 1 Double bedroom, single bed, and private bathroom;
• 1 Queen bedroom with private bathroom (no shower);
• 1 Double bedroom;
• 1 Bedroom with two single beds;
• Additional bathroom.

Beds:

• 2 Double beds;
• 3 Single beds;
• 1 Queen bed;
• 2 Double sofa beds.

Bathrooms:

• 2 Full bathrooms;
• 1 Bathroom without shower.

Please note:

• The villa is semi-detached: there is another apartment upstairs that does not have access to the pool (available from April 2nd to November 4th);
• Tourist tax € 1.50 per night per person;
• Bed and bath linens € 15.00 per person (not changed);
• Pets are NOT allowed;
• SELF CHECK-IN: You will enter independently according to the check-in times;
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM; Check-out: by 10:00 AM. We do not have luggage storage, either before check-in or after check-out;
• A security deposit of € 500.00 will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if there are no damages;
• To confirm your stay a 15 % deposit via bank transfer is required;
• Cancellations can be made free of charge with a full refund or a voucher exchanged if notified WITHIN 60 days of the arrival date. After this deadline, the deposit will not be refunded.
