The space:

• Veranda equipped with table, chairs, loungers, and barbecue;
• Kitchen-living room with two sofa beds;
• 2 Bedrooms;
• 2 Bathrooms with showers;
• Outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach.

Beds:

• 1 Double beds;
• 2 Single bed;
• 2 Sofa beds.

Please note:

• The tourist tax is € 1.50 per night per person;
• An optional bed and bath linen kit is € 15.00 per person;
• Please inform us of your four-legged friend. If permitted, a € 50.00 surcharge applies;
• SELF CHECK-IN: You will check in independently according to the check-in times;
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM; Check-out: by 10:00 AM. We do not have luggage storage facilities, either before check-in or after check-out;
• A € 100.00 security deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if there are no damages;
• A 15 % deposit via bank transfer is required to confirm your stay;
• Cancellations can be made free of charge with a full refund or a voucher if notified WITHIN 60 days of your arrival date. After this deadline, the deposit will not be refunded.
