The ideal solution for those who love exploring the area or simply want a comfortable base between relaxing days, enjoying the sea and sun. THE TERRACE is a two-room semi-attic apartment in a villa on the first floor. Ideal for two people, it can accommodate up to four thanks to two single beds.

The space:

• Private terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, loungers, and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners;
• 1 Double bedroom;
• Kitchen-living room with two single beds, located under a low roof;
• Bathroom (shower height approximately 1.78 cm);
• Attic storage room;
• Outdoor shower, ideal for returning from the beach.

Beds:

• 1 Double bed;
• 2 Single beds.

Please note:

• Semi-attic (bathroom shower suitable for those up to 1.78 cm tall; two single beds under the low ceiling);
• A tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night is payable on site;
• An optional extra bed and bath linen kit is €15.00 per person;
• Please inform us of your four-legged friend. If permitted, a €50.00 supplement applies.
• SELF CHECK-IN: You will check in independently according to the check-in times;
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM; Check-out: by 10:00 AM. We do not have luggage storage facilities, either before check-in or after check-out;
• A €100.00 security deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if there are no damages;
• To confirm, a 15% deposit via bank transfer is required;
• Cancellations can be made free of charge with a full refund or a voucher exchanged if notified WITHIN 60 days of the arrival date. After this deadline, the deposit will not be refunded.
