An external staircase leads to the first level:

• 2 Furnished terraces with table and chairs, loungers, and barbecue;
• Kitchen-living room with sofa bed;
• 3 Bedrooms;
• 2 Bathrooms with shower.

Beds:

• 4 Double beds;
• 5 Single beds;
• 1 Queen bed;
• 3 Double sofa beds.

Bathrooms:

• 4 Full bathrooms;
• 1 Bathroom without shower.

Please note:

• The swimming pool is open from April 2nd to November 4th.
• The tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per night;
• Bed and bath linens are € 15.00 per person (not changed) and are payable on site;
• Pets are NOT allowed;
• SELF CHECK-IN: You will check in independently according to the check-in times;
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM; Check-out: by 10:00 AM. We do not have luggage storage facilities, either before check-in or after check-out;
• A € 500.00 security deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if there are no damages;
• To confirm your stay, a 15% deposit via bank transfer is required;
• Cancellations can be made free of charge with a full refund or a voucher if notified WITHIN 60 days of your arrival date. After this deadline, the deposit will not be refunded.
