Cozy first-floor villa apartment. The real plus is the small garden on the lower level, equipped with loungers and a barbecue: the perfect spot for summer barbecues, sunset aperitifs, and relaxing after a day at the beach. It can accommodate up to 8 people.

The space:

• 2 Terraces equipped with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners;
• Kitchen-living room with sofa bed;
• 3 Bedrooms;
• 2 Bathrooms with shower;
• A convenient and refreshing outdoor shower after returning from the beach.

Beds:

• 2 Double beds;
• 2 Single beds;
• 1 Double sofa.

Please note:

• As indicated in the listing, the pool is not mentioned and is therefore not accessible to apartment guests. Images of the outdoor areas are for illustrative purposes only;
• The tourist tax is € 1.50 per night per person;
• Bed and bath linens are € 15.00 per person (not changed) and are payable on-site;
• Pets are NOT allowed;
• SELF CHECK-IN: You will check in independently according to the check-in times;
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM; Check-out: by 10:00 AM. We do not have luggage storage facilities, either before check-in or after check-out;
• A € 100.00 security deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if there are no damages;
• A 15 % deposit via bank transfer is required to confirm your stay;
• Cancellations can be made free of charge with a full refund or a voucher if notified WITHIN 60 days of your arrival date. After this deadline, the deposit paid will not be refundable.
